IHHH & Desilence (live A/V): Consequences of the Lack of Light
_________ We are thrilled to present Consequences of the Lack of Light, a collaborative audiovisual live performance with IHHH, the electronic project of Argentinian artist and drummer Carlos Falanga. This unique project blends jazz, classical music, ambient, and experimental sounds into an immersive journey that explores the space between the mundane and the magical, the everyday and the unexpected.
Carlos Falanga has an extensive background in music, having studied at the Catalan Conservatory (ESMUC) and toured across Europe, Asia, and America. His collaborations include renowned artists and institutions such as Jorge Rossy, Colder, The Symphonic Orchestra of the Gran Teatre del Liceu, and Amparo Sánchez. Falanga’s music has been released by labels such as Foehn Records, Salmon Universe, Zabra, and more.
As Richard Pike from Salmon Universe describes:
«Falanga aims to highlight the void between the mundane and the magical, the everyday and the unexpected, by manipulating traditional sounds, structures, and tempos into new forms.»
For this project, we have crafted a real-time visual narrative that interacts with the music of Consequences of the Lack of Light, transforming it into a multidimensional experience. Through live improvisation and cutting-edge technology, we amplify the essence of the album, creating an audiovisual performance that engages the senses and immerses the audience in a seamless fusion of sound and imagery.
This collaboration is a testament to the power of merging artistic visions, where music and visuals come together to create something truly extraordinary.
